  • Welcome breakfast briefing with Ambassador Sophie Davies and Senior Trade & Investment Commissioner, John Prowse; followed by a session on Doing Business in Brazil.
  • Australian Business Lounge construction and design utilising Australia’s Nation brand.
  • Company logo displayed digitally in the Australian Business Lounge.
  • Interpreters available during the activities.
  • Entry in the Australian METS Directory in both print and online. Distributed amongst potential customers and allies prior to and during the show.
  • Invitation to the Australian Business networking event held at Exposibram venue.
  • Advertising and promotion of Australian capabilities.
  • The Australian Business Lounge will be available for visitors to conduct pre-scheduled meetings according to a timetable that will be shared 30 days before the event. Each company will be able to schedule up to 3 meetings at the Australian Lounge per day.
  • Registration and access pass for one person to Exposibram.
A$900 (3 hours @ A$300 per hour) includes:
  • Organisation of the networking activities.
  • Organisation of Mining workshop to better understand Brazilian mining challenges and opportunities.
  • Organisation of B2C networking with miners.
  • On the ground assistance during Exposibram 2024.
  • Austrade facilitated connections.
Please note that the Brazilian Mining Congress, which includes plenary sessions and simultaneous panels offering insights into global mining scenarios, market trends and innovations, will be held at the same time and location as Exposibram. Registration for the Brazilian Mining Congress must be completed separately by delegates at the Brazilian Mining Congress website. 

The direct cost and Austrade service fee form part of the total package and you cannot purchase one without the other.

Payment

Clients are expected to cover:

Austrade requires payment upfront for all international events. The payment term is 7 days from invoice date and your place is not fully secured until the entire fee is paid.
