About the event

Austrade will lead the Australian participation at the China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS, https://www.ciftis.org/en) in Beijing in September 2024 and 2025, through a National Pavilion and associated trade promotion activities.

CIFTIS is the world’s largest comprehensive fair dedicated to the promotion of trade in services, hosted by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) and the Beijing Municipal Government.

CIFTIS is the major national level trade event in China and provides high-profile opportunities to:

• demonstrate the Australian services sector capability in green economy
• achieve brand promotion objectives via national level events led by the Chinese government
• pursue commercial outcomes.

The official status of CIFTIS brings significant media exposure and leading Chinese organisation attendance. Chinese provinces, state-owned enterprises and companies across China are encouraged to bring trade missions to CIFTIS. High-level Chinese officials will also attend the fair.

The below package is a 2-year package for both CIFTIS 2024 and 2025. The cost covers all the direct cost and Austrade services fees associated with the Australian Pavilion at CIFTIS 2024 and 2025 and relevant events in the program. Payment

Clients are expected to cover:

• participation fees as outlined in their chosen package
• all travel, accommodation and incidental costs
• freight costs for samples and physical collateral

Austrade requires payment upfront for all international events. The payment term is 7 days from invoice date and your place is not fully secured until the entire fee is paid.
